1. Most expensive factor: Color

When you'll go to buy brand new rolls, they'll ask you first which color you want. Rolls Royce gives you more than 44,000 different color choices and will go through many different colors or shades until they match the color you prefer perfectly. By painting the exterior of your car they make it a luxury experience itself. If by any chance they do not have the color that you wish, they'll just replicate it! After you choose a color, it will be named after you! And if in case any other person wants the same color in the future, they'll ask for permission if they can use it or not.

The painting process involves 22 steps and a total of 45 kilograms of paint sprayed on the Rolls Royce’s body shell. This paint procedure takes almost 10 weeks because the Rolls brand prefers to use humans while other luxury companies use robots to build the cars. Only the last layer of paint is done by the robots. Apart from the painting process, it takes 5 hours in the process of polishing.

If you've ever inspected Rolls Royce you may have noticed the wheel and the logo in the center always remain upside down. No matter in which ways you park the car, the wheel will turn itself in the upward straight position. With these small detailing rolls, Royce brand shows that they take their brand too seriously.

4.  Its unique embroidery on the vehicle’s upholstery is also one of the reasons why Rolls-Royces are expensive. This is all done by the client’s choice and till now the most complex embroidery has only been done for a phantom.      

6. Another extraordinary thing that Rolls includes is the customizable dashboard. Some clients want some costly portions of artwork and some people want to apply diamonds and gold. The Dashboards are handcrafted and the brand Rolls Royce uses fine substances to make the body of the dashboard.

Rolls Royce do not come so cheap and these high-end customization options make this car very expensive, like what if you get to know that someone got 1000 of diamonds crushed in the paint to get a little bit more sparkle? Insane it is! Right? There’s no doubt that rolls Royce is designed most tastefully.

  1. British marquee has built the most powerful car which is named Rolls Royce Wraith which produces a monstrous 624hp with a 6.6 liter of V12 engine, this clearly shows this brand has come so far as the first car that Rolls introduced, produced only 10hp.

  3. It takes approx. 17 days to complete the cabin of the Rolls and it takes the leather from around 11 bulls for the luxury upholstery.
  4. All the Rolls Royce models are named after spirits like the dawn, Wraith, Phantom, Ghost, and Cullinan.
